My three year old nephew is home with us for a week without his parents and so for a little fun (for me) and a little comfort (for him) I decided on making him a train cake.The cake (homemade) was a chocolate and a white spongecake convered in chocolate ganache (I know I always use chocolate ganache,but seriously,it's the best tasting one). He and my sisters were ecstatic about it.
